신고 접수 2시간 반 만에…‘사망’ 입력 종결_我的网站

一 |     New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has relaxed the condition of fire No Objection Certificate (NOC) for sanction of building plan for residential properties.

As per the new rule, no NOC will be required from Delhi Fire Service in the case of sanction of building plans of residential building consisting of Ground Floor plus three additional floors with stilts for parking having, overall maximum height of 17.5 meters, the Civic agency in a statement stated.

MCD has taken this decision after the recent judgment passed by the Supreme Court and clarification rendered by Delhi Fire Service. Before this, obtaining prior NOC from the Fire Department was mandatory for the sanction of residential building plans. However, MCD has clarified that the new relaxation rule shall not apply to those residential buildings, wherein stilt is not proposed by the applicants, it stated.

MCD said this expedient relaxation to the public will abridge the approval-processing of such building sanction cases. Citizens may avail the benefit by submitting the applications for sanction of residential buildings plan in the above manner, without submission of NOC of fire department, it added.

[기자]장미란 씨 남자친구가 장 씨가 사라졌다고 처음 신고한 건 지난 5월 15일 오후 6시 43분입니다. 신고가 접수되자 인근 파출소 직원들이 곧바로 수색을 시작했습니다. 하지만 신고 시점에서 2시간 33분 뒤인 오후 9시 16분, A 경장은 실종 사건을 종결 처리했습니다.장 씨 찾기에 나선 파출소 직원들이 수색 현장에 나가 있는 상황이었습니다. A 경장은 장 씨 남자친구에게 "장 씨가 위치를 알리고 싶어하지 않는다"고 거짓말도 했습니다. [장미란 씨 남자친구 (지난 21일)] "통화가 됐으니까 자기네는 이제 뭐 할 수 있는 게 없어서 종결을 해야 된다." 정작 실종 사건 종결 사유는 교통사고로 인한 사망을 입력한 A 경장이었습니다. 소방 당국은 장 씨가 숙소를 나선 5월 12일 밤부터 사망 시점으로 추정되는 다음날 새벽까지, 한림읍 일대에선 교통사고 출동 이력이 한 건도 없다고 밝혔습니다. 장 씨 연령대인 30대 여성 사상자도 없었는데, 이런 사실들만 동료나 상관이 점검했더라도 2시간 반 만의 일사천리식 허위 종결은 불가능했을 거라는 지적이 나옵니다. 채널A 뉴스 김선범입니다. 영상취재 : 김한익 오현석 장규영 영상편집 : 김지향。
